“Poor Delivery and Customer Service”

I order a large number of small items and a pole. The delivery was dropped over a 7 foot fence onto a concrete patio. The pole had not been packed just put inside a cardboard box with all the other stuff loose. The box was of poor quality and the top had ripe off and had been replaced with a plastic bag by the couriers. The poles protective cap had come off and the pole was extending in and out off the end of the pole which was sticking out of the carrier bag. I contacted Dragon Carp and their response was its note for future reference. Fortunately this was not an expensive pole and I bought it to test the service before placing a full order. My advice is if you need to buy anything that is breakable ask for it to be put into a protective tube before it is sent but looking at the feedback from customer services they may not do it. If it arrives and its broken return costs are down to you even when they haven't packed it correctly.
