“Great Customer Experience”

i went to go outdoors at lakeside retail park today to make a purchase of a pair of walking shoes. I selected a pair of Salomon ultra GTX 3 shoes and the store assistant was happy to advise on the features and product generally. He was happy for me to try them out and ask questions which he was able to answer easily. Even when i decided to purchase them and provided him with evidence of a competitors price he was happy to confirm and match their price and take another 10% off which significantly reduced the price of my shoes.
Overall it was a great customer experience and i left the store satisfied and happy to give a positive review and would recommend them to anyone seeking a good deal.
The salesman and the till staff are both are a credit to the company, well done
