“Product was incomplete”

I ordered a blind to fit a velux window

The blinds came without any screws, and even without instructions on what screws to use. I drove to a tool shop and bought self tapping wood screws and on my return they didn't fit. I had to go out again and they didn't have any screws that fit so I had to drive to another shop in a different town.

The blinds are now fitted and work well but I have been put through considerable inconvenience and expence as a result of poor quality control.

This is a real shame as the product is good and there is no reason for these mistakes.
