Good Points
Definately built to last, Good Hard working 4x4, Low depreciation, Excellent towing vehicle, Heaps of power
Bad Points
Fairly poor fuel economy if driving hard or towing 3.5 tonne
General Comments
I have owned and driven all forms of Land Rovers for over 20 years and use them as working vehicles & everyday transport, the Land Rover Defender 110 TD5 4x4 are by far the best vehicle for my job as a Tree Surgeon - pulling trailers ( fully laden to 3.5 tonnes), off road use etc.
Land Rovers are not the most comfortable vehicles for Motorway use, but do cope with it and speeds of 70 - 80 mph are no problem.
My current 110 is 10 months old & has covered over 20,000 miles working hard within this period with no faults.
