“Disappointing craftmanship”

In last 4 years I bought 4 pairs of Prada shoes. .
The first pair , sole came out after a year ( mind that , does not mean that I used this pair every day )
Second pair had a stitching finish at the back , burst open after some time.
Third pair , which I am really upset about ,. Just after 6-7 use over a period , front stitching came out and ripped the leather. It was out of warranty and I did not keep the receipt.shoe makers can not repair that . Prada needed receipt . Though I was prepared to pay for repair , their so called policy won't allow them to repair without proof of purchase. Sent them loads of pictures which were tell tailing that it's genuine Prada ..still they refused !!
I had £100 worth a wear out of that pair !!!
Prada after sale service is appalling .

Last pair I just bough last Xmas , not used yet.

Certainly won't buy any more , won't advise any one to buy Prada shoes .
