Engineer came for annual safety check on sat 10th, claims we have gas leak but can't find it. Turns off gas checks emersion which don't work and tripped power in house! Does offer electric heaters. Vulnerable household with disabled person so law states fix in 1 day between october-may. After me ringing 3 days in a row now told will fix on 22nd (if they turn up) so 10th-22nd. No wonder old people die of the cold prob waiting on swale heating! Shame on you swale heating. They have blocked me on there facebook page now so brand damage day it is for me!
