I have recently not been able to log into my account - I rang for help and a rude and aggressive man told me it was all because of my browser. I got my son to look at it and he says everything is up to date yet the support man refuses to acknowledge the problem. I have no idea what I am going to do if I get inspected because I can not get to my work and they will not help me!
