Polite and friendly, on time.

General Comments
Damage to my car and due to the fact we did not register at the time. I woudl like to point out we landed at 11.30pm with two small children. When collecting the car the last thing on mine or my wife's mind was to check the car in the pitch black with two sleeping kids and two trollies ! However, notified them of the damage the following day. Emailed photographs a day later but unfortunately they do not want to know. Very bad experience, will not use Meteor again and will advice none of work colleagues or friends to do the same. Unfortunately for Meteor both my wife and I travel the country frequently due to our jobs and Meteor have now lost out on this custom as well !

Initially very impresse with Meteor Meet and Greet car parking at Birmingham airport. Price wascompetitive, staff friendly and efficient.
