These trucks are the right height so the board doesn't get to vertical when you pop or to low when you pop.
Overall these trucks are perfect for the lighter skater all though when you get air onto a grind the kingpin often snaps, my advice would be to go for some tensors.

Coming form Venture, these are great trucks no doubt about it. They last, they're stable, they're responsive, and they have great turnability. They're great trucks to learn tricks on, but if you're used to low trucks then you'll have to get used to the added height as you will often miss the pop. The only bad point is that they could have been a bit lighter. Other than that, these are great trucks for great value.
