“Bad customer support and lots of hidden charges”

You get passed around from department to department trying to sort out you problem in the mean time your phone bill is racking up as it is premium rate. Beware there are a lot of hidden charges and the paperwork is a joke. Trying to decipher it is impossible and there is no VAT breakdown. Within 12 months I’ve had 2 machines replaced and have had to loose out on 3-4 days trading each time. Why a replacement machine be delivered the next working day is beyond me.
