“Brilliant Service”

I had never used this service before so was a little worried even though my on line booking was easy and accompanied by an immediate confirmation email with all details provided. I booked almost a month and a half in advance. The morning of the flight i sent a quick email confirming my trip to which again i received an immediate response. Very reassuring. On arrival at Fiumincino the driver was waiting for me with a clearly written notice. He was easy to spot (front line) and locate despite a huge number of drivers waiting for a pickup. He was polite, welcoming, took my baggage, opened doors and took me to the doorstep of my given destination.
