I ordered a few items at the end of November 2010, I ordered a sequined dress for my mum as a Christmas present, it cost £45.00 - firstly, it arrived without any packaging, secondly the majority of the sequins had came off, I took the dress to a local lady who does sewing and she advised me it was the worst she had ever seen. It was going to cost over £75.00 to have the dress mended.
The delivery was over a week late despite ordering next day delivery.
All in all, I kept one item out of 9 and this was only because it was non-returnable! I emailed a complaint, I asked several questions and I was only answered one!
Despite all of the above, I ordered again in February and I'm happy to say I had no problems, I did put a complaint in about the packaging, all items I received the second time were wrapped individually.
I do believe if Yours Clothing tightens their reigns with customer service and value for money they will be a top brand!
