I ordered a pair of 'draggin' jeans from On Yer Bike several weeks ago. Because they were a present for my boyfriend I wanted them delivered to a friend's address so my boyfriend wouldn't see them. When they didn't turn up I contacted them, and I was informed that the delivery company had tried to deliver them, and as it had been over 6 days and they hadn't been collected from their depot, they were being returned to On Yer Bike. As a result, I had to pay £16 for the expense of this. I decided to cancel but was told I'd still have to pay the £16! There was no card through my friend's door, but I was told "it's between you and the delivery company".

From my point of view I have to pay £16 now for nothing at all, and I don't see what I can do about it.
