“Very rude chat servicing ”

There are critical weather situations for March in UK specially for scotland where we get the red alert which is the first time after years.

I simply asked them what is the alternative if the weather is not suitable. I got travel is gonna happen whether I want to be part of it or not. 

This is insane. Weather is not in control by any of us. There should be some alternatives provided by you in such circumstances.
