“10/10 Would Recommend”

UK Gaming Computers offer some pretty incredible systems. I'm not sure how often they get repeat custom, because their systems seriously stand the test of time. I ordered my first PC with them back in 2011 and had the most incredible customer experience. All my questions were answered thoroughly and I specced my ideal machine. I even got a few little freebies of some case lighting and a mouse thrown in - I can't remember why. It really felt like I was working with a mate to customise my perfect computer, and I've been very happy with it.

I used to replace my rig every four years, but that one was still running all the games I threw at it even 7 years later. Nonetheless, I looked at upgrading graphics and hard drives, and decided on a whole new system instead.

I always put in a lot of research when buying a PC, so I went through all the competition and all the online configurators again and UKGC always came out best for my requirements, plus I knew I could trust them. I also compared the price of buying the parts myself and UKGC come in cheaper even with delivery and build!

I would say over the last 7 years UKGC has grown quite a lot, because once I placed my order it didn't feel like quite the same personal service. I still had all my questions answered quickly and thoroughly, but it felt more like a professional service than a mate geeking out over a system build. (Though that's probably what a lot of people want!) Plus.. I still got a non-standard case, with recommendations on case lighting, and a mobo upgrade.

Build time was slightly longer than quoted, but I'd requested a special case, so I kind of expected that, and each time I contacted them I got a rapid reply and clear, honest explanation. Plus I'm pretty certain they did a priority build once the case arrived because it was behind schedule, so I had my computer within 5 days of them receiving the case.

Only had the PC a week, so I've not put it through it's paces just yet. But I'm really happy with the build, communication and delivery. Give it another 7 years and I'll be back.
