“Awful Customer Service and Bill increase without warning”

Our bill changed without any warning from 12 to 29 pounds. We were charged through direct debit for this and wanted to know why and get a refund. We inherited our Sky account from previous tenants of the flat. Because we weren't the ones who created the account (despite all the account information being ours, paying the bills, and knowing the password) we weren't allowed to speak to them. We were being charged an unfair amount and weren't even allowed to ask them why.

The final answer from customer service was, and I quote: 'I don't know' and can I speak to someone who does? no.

Will definitely change providers as soon as our money is sorted.
