We had a kitchen fitted by John Lewis Bluewater, very expensive but we went for it for JL’s reputation and customer service.
We had no end of problems during the installation, the finishing bits took weeks with the fitter coming one day a week in the last month and he left the floor tiling unfinished.
Since then we’ve had teething problems and the after sales service is absolutely ridiculous. Keep chasing and chasing and no one even comes back to you. The excuse given is there’s been a change in their department. Basically they are unorganised and I would guess under staffed.
Sadly John Lewis service has and is going downhill!
