I was about to give up trying to book a few days at Golden Gate on the useless Sanparks website, when I thought I'd give Google a go to see if anybody else could help me. Expedia and booking.com could help with the hotel and chalets, but not the Glen Reenen and other sanparks sites, so I was about to despair when I chanced upon the safari site. I eventually got into a webchat with Heleen who then phoned me back. Apart from a great chat(!) she fixed me up very quickly and I now have the voucher for entrance in my inbox and am ready to roll.

Excellent service and I'd certainly recommend this company to anybody.
