Fleetway provide good service and value.
Hotel T10 was clean, warm,breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful.
Reception closed at 4.00pm so when we arrived around 9.00pm we knew that we would need to use the door code that Fleetway had provided, sadly the code didn't work but luckily another guest let us in. It seemed that several guests had had the same problem, maybe your system needs reviewing.
The other area which was disappointing was the performance of Gray Line, our Northern Lights excursion was cancelled on the 17th,we heard from other guests that other companies had run the trip and it was evidently a very good night for the lights. They failed to pick us up for the Blue Lagoon, after the hotel phoned they did arrange another pick up but it did mean our time there was limited and they were an hour late for our airport pickup.Whilst I do appreciate that this is not your responsibility most of the excursion were arranged through Fleetway, we have also raised this with Gray Line direct.
