“Valentines Card”

Ordered Valentines card of the 10th February paying extra for first class delivery. Still waiting for the card to arrive. Contacted customer service who blamed Royal Mail. Pointed out my partner had also ordered a Valentines card on the 11th February and that card arrived 13th February.

Rude customer service advisor who really wasn’t interested and couldn’t give a monkeys. Avoid
