Absolute knightmare of a company.. I ordered flowers 2 WEEKS ago so they had time to arrange everything properly and get them to my wife today on Valentines day. I selected the 14th February for the delivery date then paid.
I emailed them yesterday telling them the tracking number they had given me did not work. They replied saying i had to wait until the delivery day for the tracking to work. Today (14th) came and it still didn't work.
I email again and no reply this time. Then i received an autmatic email saying DX courier had picked up the parcel today for delivery TOMORROW.
Prestige flowers are an absolute joke! Do not under any circumstances use them.
