Another 12 months insurance and only 3% increase on last year with still the same super cover. However, I do wish they would enable me to renew direct via the internet, even though the employee who dealt with me was charming and polite and explained the contents of my policy so I was fully aware of what I was insured for before committing myself. The renewal process was made simple, and I was left feeling that if in the event I have to make a claim I will be dealt with in a similar manner.
