Having used Haddocks for many years, I now feel like I would never use them again. Pre-sale treatment A1 but aftersales insulting and unhelpful. The previous service manager was fantastic, now the service department is poorly run with little idea of good customer service. "J" the service dept. receptionist is arrogant and patronising. Have had to constantly return the car for the same faults. Example of an expanding dealership forgetting the customers who have helped it grow. Sad to see it like this, used to be great. The integrity of this garage has been sacrificed for sales. The personal touch has been lost and replaced by lies and excuses, worst service department I have ever encountered. AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
