Ordered an engraved Carousel money box for my grandson's christening. When it arrived, the spacing on the engraving was incorrect so I contacted customer services by e-mail with a photo of the inscription. A replacement was ordered for me and arrived swiftly but unfortunately had the same incorrect engraving. Again, I sent an e-mail to customer services with a photograph. By now, it was Tuesday for the christening on Saturday. Again, customer services responded quickly and placed another order for me with the reassurance that the inscription would be carefully checked before dispatch. 3rd time lucky! The item arrived in time for the christening with the correct engraving and was well received.
