“The worst service possible”

As soon as anything goes wrong with your service then this company are totally useless in every possible way from arranging an appointment with an engineer, identifying a fault on their line , answering any emails to saying anything sensible houseful.
I went without a landline service for over four weeks and when I first contacted them they told me it had nothing to do with them or their equipment so it must be.on my internal wiring which is my responsibility, I was told the.same thing on another two occasions by them before through desperation I called out a local telephone engineer out who within five minutes diagnosed the fault as on their line, they made an engineer appointment for me and nobody turned up and have since refused to answer any emails from me apart from saying that a member of management will contact me within three days.but this never happens, I only want to know a couple of simple questions like why have I been billed for the.period of no service and why have I had to pay a local engineer £54 to diagnose their fault for them and are they going to refund me this money, but they don't want to talk, customer service is non existent and they have to be by far the.worst.company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
