My local Boots store never has enough stock to take advantage of the 3 for 2 offer on certain products I aleays use so I placed an order online for delivery to my local store. Confirmation email stated delivery 6th Feb. Made a special trip & went in on 7th Feb - order not there. Headed home slightly irritated. Less than 15 mins after leaving the store, got an email to say my order was ready for collection. Had already made a special trip to collect said order - 24hrs after the promised delivery date - unreliable service! Why promise a delivery date if you're not going to adhere to it!
