WRITE A REVIEW

“Journal therapy course”

I used this course as part of my CPD. I am already a qualified Therapeutic Play Practitioner, and have counselling skills. I needed really to add to my skills portfolio and this course seemed the perfect choice.

I chose the online delivery as it's more convenient. The course was 6 modules and each module contained 10 questions. The reading matter was great as I had limited knowledge of journal keeping, but this allowed me to further investigate, using my current knowledge of psychology (I have lots of books as well!)and the different theories that apply to understanding self and emotional health.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course, and would recommend it to anybody who is looking to broaden their knowledge within the therapeutic intervention setting. Also the feedback I received was encouraging. I am incorporating Journal Therapy into my client interventions beginning in March, 2018.

I will now go ahead and see if I can further my CPD record and would definitely use Stonebridge again, (this is my second time with them).
