The person I dealt with was absolutely fab on her visit round to set up our mortgage app, the dog loved her! Our appointment was 6PM Wednesday and we had application accepted pending valuation by 9:30 am the next morning. Fab. Another man also called and gave us updates and kept us posted whilst we waiting for valuation and called almost immediately after receiving out mortgage offer. Fab friendly service and couldn't rate any higher.
