“No communication, waste of my money”

So my phone has an unlock up and does not ask for a code. I found out about that right after I submitted the order so I emailed them right away to let them know so they can cancel the order. I received no reply. I emailed them twice but got nothing. And when I received the code, it was useless, I emailed again explaining what was going on but they didn't reply. The money back guarantee is basically fake
