I have not given the full number of stars for this part of the excellent service. I am aware of my booking only being made about three hours before our train left the departure station at 12.10 midday however I was worried for the 5 hour journey that I had not had the Booking Confirmation. Being over the ages of 80 and the first time we had travel for 10 years need I say more!
Regrettably I do not have a smart phone with all the necessary gadgets to pick up this item - it in any event did not come into my (home) computer until 3.08p.m
