“Returned Hoover Currys”

Bought a hoover online 27/12/17, wrong hoover was sent, cheaper version than one bought. Phoned customer care (35 mins to get through) got told would give proper one when I had returned one given (this could take up to two weeks). Took hoover back to store to see if they had the one I needed. Got told it would take 2 weeks to get proper hoover or I could get refund, informed I wanted refund, let store return item (got receipt). Nothing had been paid back to my account within week, contacted customer care (35 mins to get through) was informed my item was on pallet and will be seen to within few days and email would be sent. Another week passed nothing. Was given same feedback. Phoned today informed they haven't received hoover back they will have to do an investigation and no refund would be given until this is complete (even though I returned it to store).
