I bought a blender with an additional cost for next day delivery, received the item after 3 days and faulty.
I managed to organise the collection of the faulty item but on the date of the collection nobody showed up for 4 times in a row.
After 4 dates i been given to collect the faulty item and the blender was still at home where i wasted 4 of my days to wait the company to collect the item, the only person from all the costumer service that really managed to help me and sort out this issue was the lady I dealt with.
I was really frustrated because no one from costumer service was dealing with this issue in the right way, It took me almost a month to send back the item and get refund, will be easy if ebuyer could sort this kind of issue quicker.
In the end all went good thanks to the person I dealt with that managed to organise the collection from an external courier.
Wasn't a good experience
