Went to cargiant just to have a look at various vehicles to replace our Honda CR-V was greeted by a team member who recommended all makes of cars were limited to a Petrol automatic for our new car were shown 4 makes that matched our needs given keys to look over all of them settled for a Nissan qushqai 3yrs old agent took us for a test drive ( too short really) around an in£ustrial unit and then let me drive agreed this was the car for us had our own car valued and agreed to purchase went through the usual you need the internal cleaning pack at extra cost you need a AA breakdown pack ! Explain3d not required and there was no pressure to buy although I feel they should offer some sort of warentee themselves we paid cash for the balance via banks no issues with this told can pick up car in 2 days while monies cleared went back to collect done all paperwork in about 20 mins while car was finished being cleaned on collection the car must have been cleaned with a cloth cover in oil/grease once in the sun could not see out of windows, got to petrol station approx 1/2 mile away just after lights flashing and warning beeping started could have had a bit more fuel in it and noticed no radio Ariel on car went back to site were collections remedied it straight away and apologised very happy with car now it’s been cleaned properly but I don’t think it had been serviced or checked washer bottle empty oil a little low and under bonnet lots of leaves and tree debris now all done happy with purchase would recommend but do as many checks as you can before leaving site
