This is the first time that I have booked a holiday with Holiday Gems and it certainly wont be the last. The person I dealt with dealt with my booking and it was the least hassle free booking I have ever made. She was really helpful, extremely efficient and did absolutely everything without me having to worry about a thing. I now intend to pass the d3etails to my sister who needs to book as I feel confident that she will receive the same honest service that I did.
