We had our Baxi Platinum fitted more than 2 years ago and have never had to call out an engineer for any faults at all. It produces constant hot water and our radiators heat up very quickly in the cold weather. We had a small radiator fitted in our airing cupboard and kept the slatted shelves so lovely warm towels. I would certainly recommend to a friend and several friends have had Baxi installed too. I have read some of the other comments and can't believe we are talking about the same boiler.

I am pleased I didn't read these reviews before I got my Baxi.
