NHMH have been very helpful and everyone I have spoken to has been friendly. Updated throughout the process and able to answer any questions I had. Moved through various departments at each stage but have had a main contact for each one and are very responsive.
The only negative I can think of is I did phone up one day early on in the process with a question only to be told I had called the wrong department and when asked which department I should speak to they did not know.
On the whole they have been a pleasure to deal with and wouldn't hesitate to use again if everything continues as smoothly as it has.
