i purchased a hamster on boxing day and a week later it had died I phoned pets at home up and they had the audacity to tell me in order to get my money back for the hamster which I didn't want back I would have to bring the corpse in as proof what a morbid thing to say I wouldn't recommend anyone buying a pet from there as they are in bad health
