My husband bought me a silver bracelet for Christmas. Unfortunately it did not fit my wrist. When he returned it he was told he would need to take a credit note. On looking up the Warren James website , a full refund can be made on items bought online. On speaking to the shop staff, they said it was policy to give credit notes and no refunds were given. This is discrimination against those who do not shop online.
I do not need any other piece of jewellery so if I don't use the credit note within 6 months then they have my money for nothing !!!!!!!
My husband should have beenntold that before purchasing . Staff said there is a sign but it was not pointed out to my husband.
