“Happy caravanners”

We purchased our Elddis Rambler from Campbells in November and were happy with our buying and handover experience. Following advice, we went immediately to a site in Southport to try it out and to get used to using it. There we discovered some minor problems, and arranged to take the caravan to Campbell's Service Centre on our next trip at the beginning of December. They dealt with the small issues, we had spotted, but also identified another problem, which they dealt with immediately. The next morning we had to return, as we couldn't unhitch, a broken hitch lining was found, trapping the ball, again, they immediately sorted it out. We are looking forward now to many trips with no problems and returning for our service visit in May!
We would like to compliment the staff at the centre on their efficient and pleasant service. The Receptionist was welcoming and helpful. We thank the Manager for his understanding, and in particular the person I dealt with, for his unfailing humour and commitment to getting it right!
