“Dont choose their service. ”

Will rather pay extra for heathrow valet service then opting cheap for these guys.

Our flight was delayed and we informed these guys almost 10 to 12 hours ago via email. We reached late as delay happened and cleared custom and baggage pick up by 11:45 pm. Called them and they refused to send our cars because of no availability of drivers.

We requested as we had 1 year and 3 year old kids who already suffered a lot due to extended travel however all their response was to Fully ignore you and they will not help. I explained that i emailed them from the departure airport for our delay however their response was that they didn’t reply to my email (for delay) and hence not responsible for what happened. We had to wait till 4:30 am to call them again to get our cars dropped off at airport which happened at 5:30 am after trying several times.

2 cars came with 2 guys. Upsetting part was that they were not at arrivals but waiting for us at departure parking which means we had to drag 3 trolley’s all the way from arrival to departure at Terminal 4 of Heathrow.

They were not ready to wait at all and all they wanted was me to get the keys so they can get out of there. I kept getting call from their office to relieve the driver which i wasn’t able to do it cos i was busy dragging 3 trollies from arrival to departure and didn’t want another ticket from airport short stay parking guys. Out of frustration so i don’t see their face, i asked them to hand over the key so they can go.

About the cars - it was full of mud at drivers seat as it was parked in a muddy field and no one bothered to clean it at all. it was not clean from outside as it was full of dirt. Please pay a bit more at Heathrow carpark to get peace of mind. Heathrow airport parking might be expensive however worth it as you get complimentary cleaning for your car.

ALL IN ALL… I WILL PAY BIT MORE BUT NOT LEAVE MY VEHICLES WITH THESE GUYS AND GET THAT DISGRACEFUL SERVICE.

Suggestion to them: If you are working for airport pick drop facility then hire some drivers for the passengers who get late due to flight delays.
