With the variable dispenser model, there seems to be a fault with the actual dispenser switch. It's plastic and even if it works for a day, I can tell you that it will soon stop working and get stuck! We've sent back three to Amazon who tell me they have now stopped stocking it. It's a shame because it's much better than the first model without the variable dispenser and the stop button. Come on, Breville, bring out another model with a metal switch!
