once again warm air unit has broken down after annual service .booked for engineer to come out online ,only to receive phone call cancelling just before end of allocated time slot to say due to time of year they were extremely busy..why say time slots available if they are not ..Felt like i was being fobbed off .Engineer said would be able to attend 2 days later ..I was always led to believe older vunerable people were a priority .So as it stands my 90 year old mother will have been without heating for 5 days..Not a reliable company .do not use !!!
