If you have an issue with a delivery you order with Floraqueen, you are screwed.
I had flowers delivered in Italy, the price included a vase. The florist left them outside on the floor, rang the bell and was gone before my family opened the door. There was no vase and flowers were withered.
I contacted Floraqueen and was really surprised on how they handle their issues. They do not take responsabilities, they are rude, they are not even trying to find an acceptable solution to fix the problem. It took several weeks and lots of emails where I kept refusing their ridiculous offers until I asked them to escalate.
Finally another person took care of the problem and offered right away a replacement delivery. This was also the first person to apologize for the problems.
My advice to anyone having similar issues: be persistent, don't give up. If that doesn't help, get in touch with the European Consumer Centre. Their service is for free.
