Don't buy one of these machines!!! I bought one sept 08 and in the last 2 weeks it has died mid cycle twice. I have had the Hoover Repair men out twice, first one replaced the board,motor and paddles it the worked for 2 days then died again. Booked another repair visit he turned up today had a look at the machine and told me it was coin damage and that there was a hairline split in the plastic drum, water had apparently dripped down onto the terminal block therefore causing the motor to blow. He never actually showed me this split and told us we would have to pay for parts etc. My partner then rang HOOVER CANDY and was told by them that we would have to £109.00 for this visit and the cost of repairs and another visit would be estimated at £459!!!!! Do yourselves a favour save your money don't buy this machine HOOVER CANDY don't want to help!!!
