This a home move review. Because my broadband/phone service and mobile are out contract, they decided I either take out a new 12 month contract and lose my mobile service (TT don't do mobile contracts now), or I call or use the online chat, both of which are a pain to do. I opted for a new contract, as I' sure most people do, because of the hassles of trying to deal with none English operators. It shouldn't matter weather or not I'm out contract, my current services should stay as they are without the hassle.
