“Need more staff”

Great service from the lady I dealt with once we were able to speak to her after a 2 hour wait, not her fault, should be more staff available to deal with customers if you are renting cars out. Are not available which I booked but got an upgrade for which I was charged 30 euros. Apart from staff problems and not having the car I booked I still found that I was dealt with in a nice and polite manner and the car was excellent. The return of the car was, once location was found, very easy to get through without and delays.
