“Repair after accident”

Car looked as expected after repair. I haven't got a clue as to what was done to the car, whether parts were replaced or repaired. I was told that I would get a breakdown of the work that was done and the cost of repair and so far have had nothing from Solus.

I can't give a value for money rating as I have no idea.
