The quality is terrible. My new sofa was delivered faulty.
I contacted sofology immediately. They didn’t seem very interested at all, but I persistsed and they agreed to replace the faulty part.
That was 6 weeks ago and I’ve just received an email confirmation that it will actually be plus another 10 weeks from now! I just want the sofa that I paid + £1000 for
Don’t get me started on the customer ‘help’ call centre ridiculous call waiting times (40 mins plus) and the eye watering charges to speak to them!
If you’re considering it, just don’t bother. I really wish I hadn’t.
