advice against ordering online service is disappointing to say the least its been one let down after another there customer service is disgraceful and they are unable to rectify any issues you encounter. i will not be ordering again and not even using there stores in future. There online service is totally floored and needs to be better set out in the future for paying customers. the process needs looking at and notifications for pre orders could do with being sent to customers directly via text to phone instead of just there email option and 24hr window to make payments on pre order. very disappointed
