Good Points
At first hair stays straight.
Bad Points
My hair doesn't stay straight very long with them, hair tends to smell burnt after.
General Comments
I have naturally thin curly hair which is damaged very easily so it's important for me to have straighteners which do as little damage as possible although I rarely straighten all of my hair, usualy just the fringe.
When first straightening, hair feels smooth and straight but with me it can last literally about an hour before it it starting to rebel, becoming frizzy and kinky. They do little damage to my hair (or less than others) although this may be due to their infrequent usage.
I'm now looking for some new straighteners after 9months of use I'm fed up of having to tie back my hair a couple of hours into a night out when the frizz and kinks take over!
They're expensive and I very much think many people are attracted to and are actually paying for the name.
